Triangle Credit Union, your member owned financial institution, is committed to providing you financial products and services to meet your needs and reach your goals. We are equally committed to protecting our member's privacy. You can be confident that your financial privacy is a priority of this Credit Union. We are required by law to give you this notice to explain how we collect, use and safeguard your personal financial information. If you have questions, please contact Triangle Credit Union at (937) 294-4795. TCU will collect only the personal information that is necessary to conduct our business. We will maintain strong security controls to ensure that member information in our files and computers are protected. As a member of TCU, you will always have the opportunity to review your information and make necessary changes to ensure that our records are complete and accurate. TCU will only share information when absolutely necessary. We will only share information to administer the products and services we provide, when required to do so by the government, or when we partner with other businesses to offer a broader array of products and services. We will only partner with businesses who follow strict confidentiality requirements. We do not allow these companiesto sell our member information to other third parties. You are offered a choice in how your information is used. Any member may elect to keep their information from being shared with our business partners. We will inform you of how to exercise your choice, and take all reasonable steps to ensure your requests are followed. At least once a year, we will remind all members of your right to choose.
